Hi, for those who have bought The Criterion and did the comparison btw 4bdr, noted that Criterion size is slightly smaller 1119sqf (104sqm) vs Signature 1184sqf (110sqm).

Base on the showroom and also the description by the agents from both side, are the size difference noticeable?

I am wondering where did that extra 6sqm in Signature goes to especially since the Signature's agent was telling me that the bedroom 4 is much smaller than bedroom 2 and 3.

(I havnt had the time to view The Criterion)

I bought the 1195sqf (111sqm) 4 bedroom unit, did you check out that floor plan? It's C2-2.

ohhhhhhh...indeed indeed. thanks for pointing out. :)

Go check out the show flat, can compare with the C3 4bdrm premium (116sqm).
Here's the difference:
Bigger size in C3:
- Master Bedroom (2.1sqm more)
- Master Bath (0.2sqm more)
- Bedroom 2 (0.4sqm more)
- Bedroom 3 (0.2sqm more)
- Balcony (1sqm more)
- Aircon Ledge (2.1sqm more)
- Jnr Suite Bathroom 3.8sqm

Bigger size in C2-2:
- Living & Dining (4.3sqm more)
- Kitchen (0.2sqm more)
- Bedroom 4 (0.4sqm more)
- Yard (0.1sqm more)
- WC (0.1sqm)

The Master Bedroom in C3 is really tempting for the big wardrobe, but the Jnr suite bathroom really wasteful lor. C2-2 is most value for $ though not much of a view.

Wah thanks for info, btw do u think we can hack away the junior suite bathroom? I know its a waste (They are all high end stuff), but hacking it away will make the junior suite or bedroom 2 really big.

Either that, I was wondering if we can hack away bathroom 3, and change the door of junior suite bathroom to face bedroom 4. This will help to optimize the space in the living room.

Not sure if we can hack or not. But y pay for it then hack away. Cheapest C3 unit at #02 is $930K+. Too exp I feel.
