Ask you, your place a lot flying insects? Those that are attracted to lights type?

Nope, during my first year at dew there were many earthworms at lift lobby, corridors, some even make it into my flat. With the forest gone, pest problem greatly reduced. Only occasionally ants problem.

Consider (asking your parents to) install a set of insect screen and it should works like a charm. Hopefully no such problem though at The Criterion.

Hmm, insect screen i think difficult to maintain? I setup once b4 for my kitchen window. My unit is at low level, small birds like to fly into my kitchen to 'play'! Now i just leave my kitchen window slightly open so that they cannot fly in. :o

Actually the bigger u have, the more you store. The smaller it gets, the faster you clear your clutters.

Should work out just fine :D

That's the problem of moving to a smaller unit. :(
Sure need to throw away a lot of stuffs.

Btw, how do you find Northland? Dun really hear much complaints from my friends. Likely i will be trying my luck for PV as a backup plan.

My hb and I are also considering only these 2 projects as my elder kid is in Northland and the infant will also go to NLPS in future.

I had it set up at my home. All round defense for all the windows as we don't on the air-con that much. :D

I clean it like once every 2-3wks. But it really does give me a peace of mind as it minimizes the possibility of mossies getting into the unit to sting my kids.

There is nothing to complain from me as well on NLPS. Kidddos have already adapted as well. I heard for NLPS, u may even have to do balloting just to be PV. Not sure how true is that.

NLPS already ensure all accepted PV will definitely get in, that's y now only accept 20 PVs. Balloting is still required for those interested PV staying within 1km to get one of the 20 spots. Stressed.

Yes, been to both showflats and I prefer The Criterion. In any case, Signature is not suitable for us (as in cant stay long term).

We are considering if we should proceed with the stacks the geomancer recommended or to consider 4bedder.. or to look at others..

Personally i feel Northland is better than Chong Fu even.
True? Only difference is at Chong Fu, they do HCL from P1.

My parent ask me to send to NorthView or HuaMin, i dun want leh.
Both should be easier to get in.

Actually, same here. For us we have a few stacks in mind for both criterion and signature. Get in a geomacer to 'count count' for us. Have to say the geomacer does have a big influence on our decision. :D

I agree that NLPS is good. Standards quite high imo.

The shuttle bus service from The Criterion to MRT is only for a year? Need to consider how the kids will travel in future.
