Actually, same here. For us we have a few stacks in mind for both criterion and signature. Get in a geomacer to 'count count' for us. Have to say the geomacer does have a big influence on our decision. :D

aiyo...seems like i the only one who cin cai chose a unit. :D

I agree that NLPS is good. Standards quite high imo.

The shuttle bus service from The Criterion to MRT is only for a year? Need to consider how the kids will travel in future.

I guess after 1 yr if majority of the residents want to continue the shuttle bus, can still be done? Maybe just need to increase monthly maintenance fee.

Actually cin cai also good. Less headache. Sometime I find myself consider too many factors and ended up giving undue stress to myself. :p


I agree.. less headache. The stacks we chose all cannot! Then we also complicate matters like sell our place first or buy first. market our place now or when MOP is met..

You also looking at 4 bedrooms stacks? Which stack is the good fengshui one for your family? :D

Yes, been to both showflats and I prefer The Criterion. In any case, Signature is not suitable for us (as in cant stay long term).

We are considering if we should proceed with the stacks the geomancer recommended or to consider 4bedder.. or to look at others..

Saw in other thread they discussing about in between block distance.

Any idea if our 30+m on avg consider far enough?
I dun know where to find the measurement for my current place to compare.

Actually, to me I find the site plan measurement to be BS stuff by developers.

Take for e.g. stack 25 and imagine u stand at the balcony or any of the bedrooms looking out. They only show the distance to stack 5 being 31m (the furthest). However, at the balcony or even all the bedrooms u can see stack 4 as well which is much closer. If one is on the lower floor say level 2 of stack 25, they will be directly facing the gym, club lounge etc, those distance are not stated as well which I reckon to be just 15m away.

Basically, they are just very closely built as the plot of land arnt big to begin with couple with so many blocks on it. As long as you face inwards, there is no privacy to talk about. :)
