I always tell my elder kid - ask you to eat majam want your life! I am feeding you food not poo lei.. must eat until so cham or not? Overseas trips were nightmares.. xia si wo.. hope my younger one wont be a fussy eater..

hi-5! so i guess most of the kids are fussy eater? go overseas can only pick those countries that i know have food that both of them will eat. else is give packet milk or bread. end up a lot of local food we cannot try.

Update for those who have yet to purchase (like me):

Odd floor: warm scheme
Even floor: cool scheme

No more flexi layout- as in buyers cannot elect to divide the bigger room into smaller room etc anymore..

The louvres screen is meant for 3 bedrooms premium with 2 balcony. This will build on their entrance balcony.

Did cdl reply your query about the screen? From the floor plan, it looks like the balcony on the main door side, sliding windows are provided. The screen should be for the living room balcony.

I guess they are going to place orders for those materials? they are still building so cant be doing the interior yet.

My current place has yet to meet the MOP so still got to wait for a few months. hopefully, the unit(s) we want will still be available!

oh, the appeal hassle free, handled by CDL. Just need to fill in a form and write some reason.

since you already paid feng shui to pick your choice units, dun waste the $.

Negotiate and discuss over the phone first, before u sat down with them to sign da ting.

The 'power' is with you as long as you havn't sign. Once you signed, you instantly loses all your 'power'

Developers know which type of appeal cases will get approve or reject, so if they accepts mean they very confident it will be approved by HDB.

Last time OneCanberra don't want to accept my purchase when i query.

Yes, usually they will approve. Sometimes it takes longer, they will ask for a few more documents and fill up a few more forms.

didn't want to go thru the hassle of appeal.

Can talk to my agent first, he is quite helpful. Even can answer your questions at 2am. Dont have to buy from him if you dont like the unit. He was my agent when i apply for signature, then i drop out and go for criterion. He change company after that and still my agent. Lol
