Im going to view this EC tml. Am considering between this and SOL Acres. Any advice?

Why sol acres? Wandervale launching soon seems better

They are all different developers.
Site plan layout depends on the shape of the land.

What size are you looking at? Only 3 bdrm and 4 bdrm premium layout shown in the showflat.

I have a friend who used to live at Orchid Park, facing the reservoir.

the view is good, but you should know your place will be very humid, more than normal. electronics don't last long. his TV is dead in 3 years, he doesn't even watch it a lot. another is the noise of Ave 1. he can't watch TV with windows open.
His view was only good behind closed windows.

Thanks for the info. Which floor is your friend staying on? Ave 1 consider not near to The Criterion right? I mean not as near as compared to Orchid Park.

My unit is not facing reservoir/golf course. I'm more concern on the airplane noise which i hope is not as frequent.

Don't worry about the noise from the sky, they are practically non-existence as I am very familiar with that area. You can take my words for it.

Ah, thanks for the info. My current place always get helicopter noise which i find is bearable since i close my window and on aircon while i'm at home.

Hi Tokidoki I just viewed the showroom and am quite happy with the project. Now need to discuss n finalise some details shld be booking a unit soon. I like the walk in wardrobe design. Will probably be buying stack 13, the 2 bedroom units.

I've asked. Price did not went up nor went down since launched. Now after consulting seniors I'm worried that my unit will have a bit of west sun as it seems to be facing south west direction. Will it be very hot?

I'm not very good in reading the direction, did you ask the agent for advise? For mine, i think my master bedroom window will also get west sun, hopefully blocks in front can shield a bit.

For yours, which part is facing the west?
