Thats wad im worried about as well but white is much nicer than the dark one. Further more my house is quite small so white and bright color will make it look brighter so we choose the white tile eventually

Actually the white one was my 1st choice too. Really looks like marble.

Appreciate your concern. There are many more industries out there other than the ones listed who are not retrenching. I hope you are not an agent from competitor EC.

Yes I'm 2nd timer. From what I heard, if cannot sell within 6 mths, can ask for 3 mths extension. If really can't sell, like sell back to HDB at 20% lower than valuation. Not sure how true.

Wah... 20% lower. Thats alot man. If valuation @ 500k then you only get back 400k lehz

Wah thanks for info. This is something which I always wanted to find out. I supposed most are able to let go of their units within 6-9mths perhaps. It's all about the pricing I guessed. However, if the 20% lower than valuation is true, interested buyers who are aware of your need to sell may low ball u at price like 15% below valuation. Need to find a good property agent to sell your unit and keep your need to sell a secret.

Just a thought.

It's my concern too since resale market has been dropping. Need to make sure can cover the resale levy.

According to what my agent tell me. It will only take 5-10 mins walk. If wan can also use criterion's electric bike to zoom over

Haha, your agent knows how to sell. I'm glad Wisteria is so near. Hope will have interesting shops inside.

criterion cross one road will reach acacia breeze.

acacia cross one road will reach an upcoming bto.

upcoming bto just walk ard 2-3mins can reach wisteria already.

I think a normal heartland mall cant expect much ba? Just the basic NTUC, kopitiam and some small random shops. Big ones will sure gather at the up and coming north point city.

Supermarket and Eatery would be good enuff. Maybe tuition centre too? Haha.
But I'm still not very clear where is Wisteria. Seldom drive past that side.

Oh by the way there's this biggest childcare in singapore project going on i think near wisteria that side. There's a plot of land for primary school as well just right opposite signature.
