Hi, anyone could advise #03-31 & #04-31 the price has a diff of $12k ? Anyone has a picture of a closer view for stack 31 pls

The difference was $12800 based on launch price. What type of view you looking for? The progress? Exterior wise shouldn't have much differences.

Tot of getting a higher level for the wind, but other stacks of price we look at is abt $3k to $4k apart. Was curious the $12k paying for

Looking at the balanced unit, only left stack 10,11 and 34.

Stack 34 have 09and 10 floor with a little bit of reservoir view, but the unit number doesn't sound nice, especially lvl 10.

Can anyone advice why stack 10 and 11 are not popular?

Likely because stack 10 & 11 facing BTO and will get west sun on living room and all 3 bedrooms (windows though).

I see.
Seems like I do not have much of a choice but to choose from stack 34 for higher floor and lower floors of stack 14,15,33,34.

They should add one more perks for choosing those units, private sauna.

Depending on whether you like the sun or not.

14/15 will avoid most of the afternoon sun while 33/34 will get some.

Stack 34 will face Signature which is quite close whereas Stack 14/15 consider further from opp BTO since the road got at least 5 lanes.

Hi thiefcat, I'm afraid stack 19 level 2 unit was sold yesterday. Stack 19 fully sold.

Your only option is stack 27.

Any thoughts on stack 37? Do u reckon the tennis court will be noisy? Also, where is the common rubbish chute? There are a few "X"s. haha

not sure if any concern, the master bedroom and bedroom 3 wall are west facing - which will be heated up by the afternoon sun throughout the year.

dun think many people plays tennis, but court will be close before 10pm. should not be much concern.

the rubbish chute is just beside the lift, opp hr/dr (quite near stack 37)
