Depends on the market.
Some people buy earlier eg in 2014 and then the price dropped so you have to time it well to get the best deals.
But of course, if you have deep pockets, then this small increment matter less to you from an investment point of view since EC supply running out.

unlikely for EC price to drop as the govt did not release much land to build EC going forward.
There is only one EC (Rivercove) coming up in 2018 and it is expected to sell out fast even at high psf.

I rented there and quite appalled at the workmanship. Also there was no card access for each block which i found weird in a condo in the new millenium.
How come no card access? Maybe using retina scanner? Or fingerprint access?
OneCanberra and OneCanopy also no card access at basement Carpark and level one
