cannot...must show name and Criterion address...we have owners who have already collected keys joining us, they also provided proof of purchase

Key collection process very simple.. the staff will hand over the keys and items... explain and go through the documents in the folder.. after that.. sign a few forms.. bring you to your new unit... intro surrounding while walking.. once at your unit.. walk you through the items in your unit.. chitchat with you.. fill up survey form... then bring you to management office to collect yr access key.. that’s about all..

why need to show full address to total stranger? imo just show OTP suffice liao! ideally is to show S&P because no signed S&P no talk! hope this help.

OTP also can be shown, with name and The Criterion blk number. No need the full address.
