It was sent to my appointed law firm. Did you apply grant? I noted the grant was disbursed to my OA when hdb approved my application and the law firm called me up 2 days later

I asked them to deliver to my house... not applying any grant... so I'm thinking why HDB still so slow... :(

Mmm i 20+ years ago also take 804 to north view.

My hdb approval is also taking a long time. 1 month 2 weeks already.

I think when all the brown aluminum bars and brown paint for balcony railings go up, it wont look like hdb anymore. May turn out quite nice.

Actually I have an enquiry.

What type of approval do I need to obtain from HDB?

I'm > 35 years, and haven't owned any property. This is going to be my 1st house under my name.

I did apply bTO twice and and sales of balance flat once.

Sobf --> not even a queue number.
BTO 1--> in August last year. 1039 queue number out of 1xxx. No chance.
BTO 2 --> last month, but doubt that I will get it, based on my past experience plus 5.2 persons Vs 1 flat.

But I did indicate these in application form when buying this unit.

If you want to know, I applied all the flats in Yishun.

HDB needs to ensure you meet all the EC eligibility criteria.
Your previous BTO application I think won't affect their decision.
