Shouldn't it be the other way round?
Finding out the lift / chute location before purchasing ๐Ÿ˜…
I think most project don't indicate unless we ask. I'm too excited and sign and after that then know the lift n chute is outside my unit. ๐Ÿ˜“

But I think it's still not so bad lah. There are chute or lift in every project. Come to think of it maybe more convenient since its nearer.

Dun worry...we can ensure the cleaners do their rounds more regularly...shouldn't be too bad since it's covered up.

This is what happens to Visionaire. Many do not know where is the rubbish chute after they purchased their unit...I think many make noise too to the developer after realizing the units they bought are next to the chute. But I guess that doesn't matter anymore as Visionaire is nearly 100% sold...:s12:

Yeah we are well-trained Singaporeans. Get mad, complain, then after a while just accept our fate.

The Criterion has 105 units remaining.

The developer is CDL and main contractor Nakano. Both are 1st place in the recent industry 2017 awards.

Which one better stack 7 or 9 ?? Don't know which to choose.. can tell me want the good and bad?

stack 7 is
- NS facing alignment, but no view
- Bedroom 4 totally no view as well, and faces stack 6's balcony
- C2 type at 109 sq m (1173 sq ft). Unit is bigger

Stack 9 is
- facing spa & kids pool but is facing SW and SE alignment.
- Bedroom 4 totally no view and faces the wall of stack 10
- C1 type at 104 sq m (1119 sq ft). Unit is smaller, especially since the balcony is bigger

So what will you choose? Like C3 unit but left stack 27 level 4..

At that level height, you will not be able to see any reservoir views already

If I'm going for C3, I will prob go for the cheapest unit instead

If you just want to go for stack 7 or 9

I would say stack 9 ... mid to low level is better .. pool view + neighbouring stack helps to block west sun

Stack 7 is bigger unit, which prob is more worth it in long run
