We are looking to book either, Stack 27, 23 or 19. All low floors left.
Any recommendations?:s8:

All 3 stacks near to BBQ pit, BBQ smell any concern?

Stack 23 is near to play gym and play lawn, maybe more noisy during weekend?

Stack 27 is near to fitness station, if low floor, less privacy? But is near to the side entrance to get to the bus stop. Near to side entrance, more human traffic. Any concern?

I would pick Stack 19 based on the above consideration.

I would pick Stack 19 also. Not so near to BBQ pit.
Stack 27 balcony will face half of the stack 31 aircon ledge.

Am aware of the BBQ pit smell, but looking at 4BR Premium so not much choices left. Stack 27 is the only one with level 8 left.

We need 4 bedrooms, but not so keen on the junior ensuite bathroom.
Nearly 10k difference between stack 19 and stack 27 same floor units.

You can take C1 / C2 scheme as well. Just that bedroom 4 will be small due to the integrated wardrobe. Hence can only fit in a single bed

Else stack 1 / C3 low level floor can view pool, is also not too bad.

Stack 19 is beside T junction, not sure of the noise pollution. And it's not near the side gate. So you will have to walk further every day to get home.

Convert as in hack? Was considering that but would prefer not to do that. It's alright. Maybe there's bounce unit? Lol.. Who knows.. If it's fated.. But I'm not hoping..

Maybe convert another bedroom into walk in wardrobe?

Any kakis here whom have bought care to share your views on the reason on your purchase decision?

Also, since the location is a distance away from the MRT, what are the current alternatives (not considering the free shuttle)..

Well.... There's bus 117 and 805 along Yishun Ave 1 (Bus stop is near to the gate).
117 from Punggol to Sembawang and vice versa. It goes to Khatib and Yishun MRT station as well.

805 is an internal bus in Yishun. It does not go to Khatib MRT station, but it stops at KTPH.

Or, at the front gate, walk past blk 50x BTO to get bus 860. Again, it is an internal bus in Yishun, but it travels to Khatib MRT station. BTW, it seems like many people take bus 860, but good thing is that bus frequency is good ( I know as I keep seeing bus 860 in the morning during peak hours).

I have been living in Yishun for a few decades, so if I move to a new house, I still want to stay in Yishun.

Wow, thanks. The fastest, most direct route to Khatib MRT would be taking 117 from Shaughnessy busstop I guess? I searched the route for loop/feeder buses.. Looks too windy.. but I may be wrong...

On a side note, I read somewhere that plans for LRT around Simpang/Yishun connecting to NSL MRT were once in some master plan. Don't know whether real or not. Hehe.

Actually if you don't mind short walk, I recommend bus 860. Why?

2 or 3 more bus stop to Khatib area and 1 more bus stop to MRT station. Bus 117 has least 7 bus stops to MRT station.

The journey for bus 117 to Khatib MRT station is much longer.

Futuremore, bus 860 bus frequency is a bit better than 117.
But do note that they stop
at different bus stop at MRT station.

Husband likes the walk-in wardrobe of C3, so bo bian. Went to see Signature's 4BR over the weekends, the 4th bedroom seems smaller. Still prefer Criterion's layout tho C3's dining and living is much tighter.

Hopefully can conclude soon and get our choice unit.

I concur

If you like C3 design. I think you should start planning soon
Seems to left around 13 C3 units. Low to mid level

For past 3 months, roughly 1 unit sold per day

Stack 1 fully sold now.
It sold quiet a lot units in stack 1 recently.
