Mavic Mini Fly More Combo should come with 3 batteries. There should be a booklet that details the inventory. The DJI store also states that. Did you purchase it from a retail shop or online like Carousel? It could be an honest mistake on the manufacturer, but if the place you bought it is a retail store, then you pay them a visit. Since you told the seller what happened, if they say it is normal then ask them to open up another box to proof that it comes with 2 batteries by default. A single battery cost 42 USD, so it is possible they removed it and repackaged the box.

The other 2 are hidden within the remote control. Check inside, sure have one
The 2 I can find is inside the controller. The other which should be inside the black box with the spare blades, cables, is missing.
The black box was a little "crushed" when I removed it.
