Oh, all DJI drones are using same APP, DJI GO so the simulator exist for all DJI Drones, I just check on Youtube to verify.

Yes, Phantom 3 is not as portable as Spark but for a start, it should be good for a bigger device as Phantom 3 has 3 axis for video stability compared to Spark with only 2 Axis.

Eventually, I will upgrade to Mavic Pro if I want a better and portable Drone. =:p

Anyone want to fly the drone together, need some assistance and guidance from fellow Seniors here too!

When i got my mavic, spark not even in the news yet. Anyway, no regrets.

Intend to mount a samsung gear 360 under the belly, then can view the 360 video in VR. :D

oic, thanks.
The drone costs abt $120. So practically for me is to exchange $420 for that drone, if not, $500 credit also no use for me. :D
Then can let my kids play with it.

Any review from U on the course & the drone?

Review of this drone not very gd. range is poor (from one of the youtube reviews); with RC = 75ft, with phone = 100ft. But Gd enough for fun.

i thought usually with controller the range is farther than using hp...? how come this one opposite..?

The youtuber suspects due to video streaming to the phone & rc frq interfering. I also duno. I only watched 2 reviews in youtube. The other review nothing much. He flew very near, lazy fellow, just sat there in the shelter.

It's a casual outing with no strings attached. Registration from what I understand is to add us into their mailing list for future FlyDays which is usually monthly

Hi, Guys,

I'm new here, and had been playing with drones for >1/2 yr...

Some questions on drones:
1) GPS problems
Anybody having GPS reception problems outdoor?
I tried flying Hubsan H501S and H507A at TeckWhye football field but there is some GPS reception problem.

2) FPV
Anybody flying FPV or video-piloting?
I'm thinking of learning FPV flying but worrying of air-sickness and nausea

btw, anyone wants to fly drones together around Choa Chu Kang please pm me :s8:
and I had uploaded my few videos of drone onto youtube, you can check at my forum home page URL.

:D
