U can fly inside your HDB but not "under" HDB if in no fly zone. But remember to put prop guard as safety.

Im curious, if HDB is in NO-Fly Zone, but you fly under HDB. Anyone got caught before? Care to share your experiences?

Based on my understanding, CAAS have no right, since it's under HDB premises. I have also spoken to a CAAS representative few months back and she say it's kinda a grey-ish area as they have no jurisdiction.

So im really curious on who got caught for flying under a HDB?

P.S. My point is: Im an tech entrepreneur, and i stay in the no fly zone, developing indoor drones and also calculating my odds of confiscation + fighting my way through the court (If it happens).

And the closest suitable place for my testing is a 30 Mins drive away, one way. Development timeline would lengthen considerably if i were to do the drive almost every fortnightly = doesn't reflect well with investors.

For your interpretation :D , according to FAQ-I would like to fly my unmanned aircraft indoors. Do I require any permits?:

""Permits are not required for unmanned aircraft (UA) operations indoors only in the following circumstances:

At a private residence; or
At an experimental site in connection with the construction or testing of that unmanned aircraft.
For use of UA indoors for any other purpose (e.g. in the course of business), you are required to apply for a UA Operator Permit and Activity Permit before carrying out the activity.""
