Samsung confirms September launch dates for Galaxy Note 8

(meaning Singapore will be the 2nd wave)

Split screen is added to stock Android 7 as a system feature, so it should be available to the Huawei Mate 10 and LG V30. Maximum is two apps on screen.

Pricing for the V30 and Mate 10 should be roughly similar to their predecessor, V20 and Mate 9 respectively.

Probably the S Pen of the Note8 makes it more unique and stands out from the two.
