Anyone here intending to change to upcoming Note 10?

With leaked rumours that are so real, no 3.5mm headphone Jack, no microSD card and a punch hole camera, I feel like holding on to my Note8 for a little longer.

With leaked rumours that are so real, no 3.5mm headphone Jack, no microSD card and a punch hole camera, I feel like holding on to my Note8 for a little longer.

I will be changing to Note 10+.

I use dedicated DAC/amp for my music which uses Type C connection to the music source (in this case, will be the Note 8 or eventually the Note 10+), so the lack of 3.5mm headphone jack does not bother me. Note 10+ will have the microSD card slot. Punch hole camera, regardless of placement, will need to get used to as there will be a spot when viewing content.

I will give my current Note 8 to my mum for her own use.

Just saw a news that Samsung might offer a noise cancelling headphones (type-C) inside the box. Not sure if it's good, but it looks atas.

So far still loading fine, most importantly is the security bug fixes. QR code scanner can always use third party apps.

My note 8 nowadays if turned off cannot turn on even if plugged in.. will only turn on have a random period of time (so far lucky is less than 1hr). Anyone have this problem?

Stock set, not rooted and not modified in any way.

would suggest if can on, faster back up and see if factory reset can anot

Auto detect. No need extra settings.

After unlock note8 phone, I rotate phone to landscape and I see the usual 5 icons: phone, message, internet, playstore, camera. Phone still in landscape, I swipe up and then swipe left/right and cannot see all the app icons, about 10 to 20 app icons missing.

When the phone is portrait, I swipe up and I can see all app icons.

Do you experience the same thing? Why lesser app icons is shown when phone is landscape? Is my phone faulty?
