OMG, last time when I update the firmware, the battery drained damn fast. Less than a day the phone batt no more.

Then new firmware released, phone batt can last more than a day

Yesterday updated new firmware, now back to last time, phone batt drained very fast. Where to feedback to Samsung?

Today my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 sudden death with black screen, cannot switch on with power button, after Google then found out is a common issue which is caused by hardware crash and can be solved by pressing down and power button together, almost went to Samsung Service Centre...

Battery life cui liao. Sot only 3.5hrs max. Used to be 5hrs or so.

Today my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 sudden death again so I tried pressing down and power button together but now the phone keeps auto restarting by itself after few minutes, so I try to wipe cache partition but now it keeps auto restart the Android Recovery mode with an error #fail to open recovery_cause(no such file or directory)#

Anyone can help???

Trying to kill off 3 year old phone?

Now i cant set brightness less than 30%. Less than 30% screen will start to have discoloration. Sometimes fine lines, sometimes broad lines. Can be green, pinkish purple or black. Lol. Siao liao.

Nah. Never drop before. Didnt even have any screen burn in issues. Always in low brightness. Seldom go over 50% except outdoors.

Lol. 1 firmware update and screen goes haywire.

Reported to samsung. No reply. Can predict, even if go down service center, they will surely say its hardware problem. Change whole lcd. Money money.
