For flat and soft hair, what is recommended for volumizing and hold?

Try seasalt spray! It really helps to create hair volume instantly. There are a lot of brands out there but my personal recommendation will be OS Fashion SSS. Reviews are on the first page of the thread. :)

I went to perm my hair and shave the sides so that it will have a stronger hold and more volume but after 3 months not so much effect alrdy

Yeah 3 months, the wavy effects will not be so significant actually. However, your hair should be slightly wavy though so complementing it with SSS will also work well for you. :)

Which is better kanebo or carbolic?

It actually depends on your criterion before judgment can be passed. :)

If you're comparing against cleansing properties, carbolic will be better than kanebo actually. Carbolic will be slightly drier after usage and it comes in the form of an organic charcoal shampoo. I like to use it to deep cleanse and it really gives a relaxing feeling after then.

On the other hand, if you're comparing against moisturizing properties, kanebo will be better on this. It not only cleanses well (in terms of removal of impurities and excess oils), it provides balanced moisture in the hair for one and allowing your hair to be silky smooth after usage. The scent itself is great too. :)

What about daily usage? Thanks for explaining :D

Kanebo shampoo can be used as a daily shampoo because of its adequate moisturizing properties. For carbolic shampoo, i would highly suggest to use it 3-4 times per week as it can be regarded as a form of deep cleansing. It might cause some form of dryness so alternate days of usage will be good. Like what tudo88 bro mentioned, rotation between these two will be the best IMO. :)

Grab a conditioner while you're at it. Daily conditioning is a must, but ppl frequently neglect, sadly.

i highly recommend this as the after wash smells good and the hair is soft and smooth!
no more tangles and stubborn hair

a good shampoo and conditioner is really important as it not just controls ur oily scalp
but also makes your hair looks healthier
