Then again cheap = sure got shortcut one.
Look at the packaging used. Haha
At least I bother to source for bubble inner wrapped envelope.
Make sure no breakage.
Even break I also offer to do a exchange.
To me, a existing customer is easier to retain then to gain a brand new one.
As long a customer is happy with me, I am happy too.
But that doesn't mean I get bullied.
As long my customer got a case and legit, I will go all out to help him to make sure he get what he feedback.

u break my heart, got exchange bo???

btw dapper, your partner also tio fire on qoo10. need to be more efficient on faster mailouts and better packaging lol
http://list.qoo10.sg/item/HANZ-DE-FUKO-CLAYMATION-QUICKSAND/420970713#customerTabWrap1

In his qoo10 posting. Seems like there is alot of delivery issues. Such as poor wrapping of product, buyer's address wasn't written properly and customer didn't recieve goods from them up to 3 weeks.

I'm sure his partner face this numerous of time, not the first time..

heard of it, but no chance to try. you wanna give it a try and review for us?

As what i said.
We sell higher because there's a reason.
Do you see TPJ or Me getting any bad reviews or people have to come all the way here to post our dirty sheets?
This is why we don't sell dirt cheap because we believe service that we provide is worth more than just that small difference.
We see the value in the products that we sell.

Why do people go to expensive salon and why people go to barber?
skills? service? branding? why people willing to pay more?
haha similar analogy.

its a long talk regarding this.
I shall save it and not continue as it's badly OT already.

you want, can pm or what :)

I may have a go at it after I finish what I have left with. but no promises haha. hopefully someone who use before could help us with that XD

How do you all use hairdryer to shape your hair? I have very straight and stiff hair and it seems like my hair will just fall flat or shift to undesirable places no matter what.

Can try scrunching your hair while blow drying, so it will have a slight volume.

But best if you use any curling brush or pre-styling product. Outcome will be better.

FWIW,I ordered one of each kind of wax from GX. Got my stuff within the same week; products were neatly packed and if remember correctly, separated by bubble wrap.

Thanks for the review. This is golden. Going up my site now.
Haha
Bubble wrap is crucial. The rough handing of singpost.
The bubble wrapped internally holds the item better
Nice nice go in the post box. Reach customer side. Usually damn nua alr.
But the Bubble wrap gives basic protection against breakage.
So is this worth the mere slight difference?
Your call guys. Haha

Yes. You have too.
I have posted a video here on how to do this. Let me repost later.
I used a brush from Korea and some Sidekick Pre styling spray, Tada Magic! No falling flat!

I feel writing of address is stupid. Please type and print the address out so that you cover yourself.

My own small cue tips and repair thingy, if I post anything out, I always print the address and take a video of me dropping it into the post box if its normal mail. Anything on, its not my problem anymore.

Ya! I really have to agree with you. Unless you have wonderful handwriting. If not, why would you wana write yourself?

Wana save cost until like that? End up Singpost have a hard time to sort and the mail took more than 3 working days to reach customer's mailbox.

Whenever I get my wax from you. I felt safe, why? Because of your good quality posting package. Even I opt normal mail, singpost handles quite rough.. Especially sometimes they might open a little hole to look what's inside.

I can't imagine those plastic nylon with improper wrapping inside. Confirm tio dent one.

I think the number of working days to reach customer would vary I guess. Like for me in Jurong West, I post a cue tip to Bedok using normal mail, sometimes 3 or 4 days but registered confirm 2 days reach.

So far missing normal mails are pretty normal actually and I had a bit of people telling me they never receive that's why I video myself dropping it into the post box now.

lol gx i'm not say u all not honest for selling high price la. OK ignore my fair game part.

Coz Ryan said "We honor these products and charge them at the price that they are worthy of."

That should NOT be the only reason (honoring of products) that's why charge high price. Even if it is, the hidden reason behind is still to profit duh. So you all are still honest just that the way ryan put it sounds so 'saint-like' machiam cult ;D

"That should NOT be the only reason (honoring of products) that's why charge high price." actually i dont really quite agree with this.
newman.sg, luxola.com,
legitimate business are all selling at 30 so yea, I dont think 30 is considered high, plus I'll be providing coupon codes once webpage is up.
anyway, what gx said so yea.
Anyway, there are always cheaper options and we welcome those.

i will la but i mean majority of non-hwz customers will try to get the cheaper one and if u justify by telling them the higher cost is becos u honor/value/respect the product and provide gd service, that won't quite work out will it?

You're very wrong then. After sales service include if the person need help in using the item properly. At least I am there to guide along the way.

I already say profit is there definitely. Both from our product and service.
And also I never say we don't profit ah.
It's implied. Like what you say you don't mind paying more for TPJ shampoo when there was cheaper seller right?
Not following what you preach? Haha
Paying more = trustable, service and make sure you get your stuff.
Paying more = allowing the seller to earn more, go the extra mile for you. Allowing them to bring better stuff in.

Haha had to make my case too

wa so long never come and post here, so many conflicts..
like a battlefield :eek::eek:

had been using the OS spray from TPJ, and I find that there is something like gel solution in there, and my hair became more shiny which I don't really like so I stopped using it hahaha..
but it is a good experience though.. it did add volume to my hair but I don't quite like the gel effect personally haha, this is pure personal preference. Since many of bros out there highly recommend it so gave it a try. ;);)

now want to try the vantachi hair clay from TPJ but got to finish up my fudge hed first haha, still got a bottle to go :s22::s22:

well not every online seller practice GOOD service like gx. basic service of cos. i mean if the profits still come in and they earn their keep? most won't see the necessity to go that extra mile. maybe those reading hair thread customers will and regular customers of the bros here will, but majority on qoo10/carousell won't.

i never deny that i don't appreciate gx excellent service, in fact its the best in the hair thread amongst the other players. just that my point of honoring product does not equate to selling high price. pls state the real reason and no smoke.. say u provide gd service & nice packaging instead of gong ho tia wei. Right? More transparent for buyer also.

Good, basic service is VITAL in almost every industry. Trying to define whether it is a necessity or luxury is pure idiocy and sounds like something straight out of secondary school or National Service.

"xxxx is a privilege, not an entitlement! "

Antiquated, robotic thinking.
