Anyone here bought The Jovell and planning for own stay?

Will it be a good buy for own stay?

Birds no lay eggs place. Might be ok if you have a car.

A friend regretted buying another project nearby, prices remain stagnant or went down for some.

I like the area for its serenity and resort feel, but other than that, very inconvenient (especially for your friends and relatives who do not drive).

Good or not for own stay, is entirely up to individuals... There should be other things to take into considerations.

Except the swimming pool, the place I will not buy as not convenient at all. If really want to buy, best buy now as many units to choose from. Small unit starts at $588000 about.

yea kind of like the resort lifestyle + quietness (due to bad location) but actually its about 3 bus stop to MRT (Tamp East) + future bus stop but iszit value for money I assume it will be no as there is so many other condos there at lower price and some at FH status. But do not see any new launch with similar layout as Jovell. =(

Now there is only bus no. 4 plying the area. However, my friend who stays at Edlewise, usually take bus (a few numbers to select) to Tanah Merah. Oh well.

I agree that the place is very nice. From Loyang way, you go in, there only got landed property and condos only. Like maciam atas boulevard.

Jovell price has start to drop below launch price. When launch, the cheapest unit was $585k. In Aug 2019, cheapest unit stands at $580 700.

Some of the small units are selling at lower price as compared to launch price too. I guess the launch of Parc Komo affects the sale price of Jovell.

Been to the showflat, love the serene environment there. Ideal for those buying for own stay and own a car. Exit may be tough due to the large amount of projects around flora dr.
