Yes. I told Eric (corter) that I had received the wrong item. He said he can send out the correct item after I provide him with a tracking number. Then I just decided to keep the cordovan not cause of the monetary value but I don't remember natural veg tan smells this good as I have their belt. Plus he requested for the full difference.

It's better to let them know the situation and then tell them it's not worth the trouble.

Actually there's no them. Corter is a one-man production. He can't deduct from my PayPal anyway. Any retailer, once shipped considered sold unless customer returns.

OGL Condor: The Story

Obbi Good Label started leathercrafting in 2007. We did not begin our journey of handmaking leather wallets until one year later.
Well, everybody starts somewhere. For us, we started with snap wallets - short, mid and long.
That is where we begin our improvising and establishing our own Obbi Good Label aesthetics for Condor series...

Condor+Story.jpg

In 2008, when Obbi Good Label started our online store, we were full of ideas. Making every designs, any designs we thought of and putting them up instantly. Frankly speaking, what was more important to us is how people appreciate our work, especially our craftsmanship and quality.

And when Obbi Good Label moved into a full-fledge leather workshop, we realised we need our own style to differentiate ourselves from others.
According to ancient Native American's beliefs, Obbi Good Label's birth month (April), is symbolise by Falcon. Aptly matching our Native Traveller's style and Condor, we decided to use shape of the eagle's feather as the leather design for the snap.

This design not only identifies Condor series as original design by Obbi Good Label, the shape has got ergonomic sense, giving user better handling.
Gradual slide on top with more curvature on the bottom is done by specific measurements that only craftsmen of Obbi Good Label will know.

With the new series release, we added new feature - an OGL snap button on the bottom of the wallet, another original design by Obbi Good Label.

When's the best time to buy Braun Buffel? Seems like the maximum discount one can generally get is 10% (for Takashimaya card holders, and 10%-12% rebate for Tangs card holders), unless you are a Tangs card holder and it is your birthday month, in which case you get 20%. My birthday month is in June though :(

you guys are right. u can never find discount more than 10 percent in those shopping centers that carry braun buffel.

find someone with braun buffel membership card. in case u dun noe braun buffel have member card de (i have their card), but their member card can only be used in braun buffel boutiques at centerpoint and suntec and not at those shopping centers. gives u 15percent discount off all items, of cos the item must be at regular price not discounted prices.

hope this helps.

I'm never going to order from corter leather again. It was his mistake that he sent me the wrong item and when I said I'm going to keep it. He either demanded a refund or return despite the fact that it was purely the seller's mistake. Then he went all legal on me by saying this is theft and all the bs. As a seller, you move on when you make a mistake and learn from it. Not try to make things such that you were never wrong in the first place.

Although its his fault to mis-sent an item and you receive an wrong item, it is rightful of you to return him the item and demand him to pay for the shipping and the correct item. I don't think corter is at any fault here.

:s13:

seller was right. you could have just returned it back to him, charging him for the shipping instead of keeping sth which you didn't ordered (esp when u said wrong item).

doesn't gives u the right to keep whatever a seller sends to u even by mistake.

As a seller myself. I don't expect to go about recovering the balance of payment if I sent out any wrong item to a customer. Even at a retail store, is the store going to do a charge back to customer if he store sold a wrong item? I'm not in law so I don't understand how does the legal terms work

at a retail store if a customer was to be honest and return with item that inform store that it was wrong. the store would immediately do an exchange, will not let u keep the more expensive item.

if U don't return and not let seller know, no problem. even if seller later find out his mistake, too bad seller is not coming back. since U are honest and return, man up and return the goods lah. he may not sell to singapore cause 1 black sheep

I paid him the balance. I didn't want to return it since there's a chance that it might get lost. Then responsibility lies with me and I might end up paying but have no physical item at all.

Actually, I'm on xtwis side.

Did corter say he will pay u to ship it back?
Even if he did, it's not your obligation I feel...

Good to return of cos, but not an obligation, and when the seller behaves like its your fault and goes with legal talk, I'd prolly give him the finger and **** care.

If he requests nicely and everything I'd be more inclined to make the trip to the post office. Just sayin la hahahah.
