Hey guys,

I need a black or dark green leather handgrip. Those that wrap around 2 handles on a briefcase. Probably 2 buttons to secure. Where can I find or make-to-order one?

Normally I leave the commercial guys to pick up the enquiries. But if you really have no one to assist, feel free to drop me a pm on your exact needs and budget.

If you have pics/example of what you need, even better. Email me at maverick_motorcycling@email.com

Thanks bro. Emailed you. Need a grip that wraps around the handle straps like the one below, but in leather. :)

Ah, I understand now. Unfortunately, the email server is down, so I will reply you based on your post.

Bro, I actually thought you want some custom wrap, maybe stamping design, or you just like hand stitch items.

But if you just want to replace a plain utility item, maybe you can look for my friend instead. He does alot of repairs for motorcycle saddle bags, etc. He will machine stitch one for you, price will be very reasonable.

Shop is at Jln Kledek, sign on top is Pine & Oak, operates Mon to Sats, from about 10pm to roughly 6am in the morning. (Odd hours, i know) But he caters alot to the biker crowd, and this kind of timing works for them.

His name is Barb. If he not around, just ask his sifu, Rahmat to do for you. Pricing about the same.

for both.. :) though weather permits from wearing everyday :)

Bro, a good riding jacket will have protective features which makes it difficult to wear for vanity purposes.

For proper riding gear, brands like Komine carried by Hodaka Motoworld is very affordable. Their higher end brand is RS Taichi. The smaller branch at Lavender though has a smaller inventory to select from, the staff Nick always provide very good service. Can't say so for those at the main branch in Kaki Bukit.

But since jacket can wear even if bike changes, I think it is worthwhile to invest in a good jacket which can wear for years. I bought Dainese for my gf, and never regretted it. The fit of a Dainese jacket is always superb.

I have seen people wear cheaper ones, improper fit, impede their movements, end up cause an accident which really is ironic because they wore the jacket for safety purpose in the first place.

I myself wear a Triumph Motorcycles leather jacket. The fit is not so fantastic, and I had to alter it. But I like it as it was the only leather jacket that is waterproof in the market at that time. (water still soaked in though when I rode for 8 hours in the rain once).
