hey leather gurus, my veg tan leather belt was soaked this afternoon when it rained when i left it at the window to air dry.
any idea how to remove the excess moisture inside?

Let it air dry in a well ventilated area is the best (although probably not at the window if you're going to leave it unattended, in case it rains again!)

Note that the water actually removes moisture from the leather as it dries, hence you should really be more worried about the leather becoming too dry. If it feels stiff after drying you can perhaps add a light coat of oil from the flesh side.

Always make sure you leave it in a ventilated area or mildew may start growing.
