personally i use obenauf leather oil

some people use mink oil which i tend to avoid though...

erm.. i saw someone selling the following

Obenauf's LP - Available in 4oz and 8oz
Obenauf's Leather Oil - Available in 8oz and 16oz
Obenauf's Water Shield - Available in 8oz and 16oz

which one do you recommend I buy?
Can buy 3 of them, mix them up and apply on leather product? << serious question. very serious.

i have these 3 items and personally i feel that LP and Oil will be good enough. i havent try the watershield on leather yet. only used it on my manhattan portage back to waterproof it (its almost 5-6 years old and the wax is worn off)

last time i dunno, i apply LP first then oil. end up can see the oil not getting absorbed. lol

now i will apply oil first then LP. better protection imho

thank you!! :)

got another question... might seem a little silly.
1) apply on the shiny and smooth surface a thin layer? or multiple thin layers?
2) same as number 1, but apply on both sides.

3)or dip into the product and dry it o.o

btw Obenauf's Distributor in Singapore (http://hosoonlee.com.sg/products/leather-care/)

Still got lots of these looking for a good owner. The pics aren't so good, but these belt do come with edges burnished.
