Its called Art Friend, a big craft store, they also have outlets at takashimaya and middle road.

The FBR material i saw there is basically a soft sponge tubing in a 1+ inch diameter sizing, i think its used as prop making material (saw a few students buying it along with craft tools). You can go check it out if you want, but its been 2 months since i visited that place, so i can't confirm if they still have it (its not the correct size anyways).

I think the best place to do your search is through building or aircon contractors, 'cos thats the material they use to insulate and fill gaps.

i received the same advise when i asked my group of frens. some did say the locals here dont use FBR but another kind of insulator altogether. perhaps dats why its a bit hard to find FBR off the shelves.

and did you know the hulk version is more powerful than the stock tian,
i heard the hulk version fires a further distance..

I got it recently from wingkick, he ordered lots of extra nerf items from the states and i helped take over a bunch of them, which also included a few boxes of these Hulk Abomination Blasters.

If you're keen, i'll ask him if he got more, 'cos i saw the stock he shipped in and there were alot of boxes!
