Lets just hope for those that ordered on 28 Nov SG morning/afternoon during the 2-3weeks frame, including me, can get Google to deliver on this Thursday, exactly after 2weeks. :o

hey bro this better work! i just did it.. i think i really have the N4 bug.. cant stop thinking about it day and night~
once you get this email, it means that they had processed your order.. and if they have stock on hand, you should be receiving your shipping notification soon. once you get that, it'll be 2 days wait for it to reach cgw.

the reason I say this, it's because I'm still able to cancel my 28th Nov order on 7 Dec. Which kinda show that the order isn't even processed by them.

your 7th Dec order is shipping soon... trust me. if you look at my post above, I went through this as well.

Tried to play punk and followed your footsteps, have cancelled my 8th December order (that has always been Pending) as well. Little did I expect, I've actually received an instant email from Google that my order has been cancelled. :s13: :eek::o

I think their system is totally screwed up at the moment. You'll need to receive an email stating that your order had been processed and passed the cancellation window. anyway, from what I'd gathered from xda forums, their process window should be around an hour. So basically, if you order now, you shouldn't be able to cancel your order an hour later as it's been processed.

as for my case, I was being serious in cancelling the order. Google is having a good time with us :s13:

Hey no worries man, was just trying to prove that the order cancellation method does not work for everyone, afterall we're all hoping to get our devices asap and hopefully before Christmas. :o

Come to think of it, should have gotten the Nexus 4 from you the other time round instead, :s13: Haha. Such a hassle to order from play store, it was a breeze the previous time when I got my Nexus 7 though. :o

Orderred another 2 sets.

But when i check the google wallet it only show your order has been sent to google.

It did not state that goole has received my order. Anyone encounter this too?

Google never acknowledge they receive my order wth..

this is normal.. it'll take a while.

any Nexus 4 users having this issue where when you used a earpiece to call out, the recipient hear your voice soft and not clear, and it will be clear when not using the earpiece? I am using the same earpiece for my Galaxy Note too and not such issue.
(maybe is time for me to get a new earpiece. :p i am using a Creative btw.)

I was actually testing around the system.. and reordered 3, with different accounts. end up, I now have 3 Nexus 4 shipping to my CGW account (eta 10/12).

anyway, to give you guys some information on what I did and the system responses.
Basically, my first order was on 28th Nov, eta 4-5 weeks. After which, I was following the xda forums closely and saw many people ordered their phones on 4 - 6th Dec and immediately getting a shipment notification. What I did was then to try ordering an additional one on the 5th Dec. At this time, the Play Store still shows Pending.

On the 6th Dec morning, I decided to cancel it.. it went through (Play store still showing pending), and it was canceled immediately leaving me with the original 28th Nov order. Waited for 2 hours, and I tried again. However, this time round, play store shows Pre-Ordered instead. So I decided to try it with a second account... thinking that I might have ordered and canceled the phones a bit too many times.

With my second account, I placed an order on the 7th, and this time round for 2 phones instead.. note that it was shipping to the same CGW as my first account. So I decided to leave it there while I went out for dinner.

A few hours later, I was thinking that maybe I should just cancel all the new orders and pray for the best for the 28th Nov order. When I try to cancel the 2nd order (the one with 2 phones) It sent me an email stating that my order had been processed and I can't cancel it. I didn't receive any shipping information at all. So I was kinda surprised.. And this time round, I tried cancelling my first order (6th Dec), same reply (no go).

The next day, I receive 2 shipping information from google. And guess what? I'm still able to cancel my 28th November order.

TLDR version:
Order 1 on 28th Nov (Play store show pending)
Order 1 more on 5th Dec (Play store show pending)
Cancel 5th Dec order (able to cancel)
Order again on the 6th (Play store show pre-ordered)
Order another 2 more using a different account with same billing info and cc. (Play store show pre-oredered)
Few hours later: both shows pending again)
Another few hours later, decided to cancel it all new orders leaving 28th Nov order intact (Rejected. Unable to cancel stating past the window for cancellation)
A few hours later, receive shipment notification for both new orders. (phones reaching cgw today)
Try cancelling 28th Nov order, still can cancel.

Hopefully this information will be useful to some of you.

But When checking on Google Wallet and Google Play..both with same status of "PENDING"... I don't have any shipping tracking information..hopefully it will show the tracking information..in a few hours time..

Hopefully ..they indeed already ship my unit..checking on Credit card transaction help ?

Perhaps Wednesday, mid week is the crazy ,inventory checking time that they try clear all available stock that left over by cancelled orders

I placed an order yesterday and it appeared as 'pre-ordered'. but when i canceled it, i didn't receive any email and the pre-ordered status remains. that means it can't be canceled?

Yes...i did observe my credit limit dip down about $480++ from the max, however i observed that same figure since status changed to Pending, i didnt check the Credit limit balance prior to ordering.

May be I need to call bank to find out more..
