thanks for confirming, i thought can change the LTE band. anyway, no LTE also ok for me - since with LTE data use damn fast

but any idea if they will release nexus 4 (with local LTE support) in Singapore anytime soon?

according to LG, not any time soon. and it's going to be Google I/O soon. Which by then maybe Google would have announced another Nexus or the xPhone. which would make the n4 "obsolete". not really obsolete but the previous gen for Google phone.

Don't think its worth it for LG to bring it in anymore. after all their market share here also quite small...

I doubt Google would unveil their next phone (well at least from the Nexus phone line anyway) any time soon. They just got their feet back up from dealing with the out-of-stock fiasco, pissing off, I'm sure, quite a number of people. To announce or release a new Nexus phone would be stupid. I'm more confident that they will be announcing the successor to the N7. They might also be focusing on Glass as well.

Regarding the White N4, I've a feeling it was just a test by LG to test the white colour for the phone. If you notice they recently announced a new phone which has an almost identical back to the N4, and there's a white version of that.

Side note, Android Central is giving away an N4 Wireless Orb Charger. Only one for countries outside of US.
