Cos I read from somewhere LG SG only recognized selected retailer and Adix82 isnt in the list.

i suggest you RMA, pay $35 SGD (final cost) to get it sent back to LG Electronics USA and get it rectified. You get the new phone before you send back the old phone.

I used s-line bumper case. It spoils really quickly based on my usage, and its very very hard to screenshot.
