I already got 4 friends interested so will try to bring in 10sets at least then see how. If possible, i might bring in more sets just to let those crazy sellers die cork standing, the premium they ask for is really WTF BBQ. 40% higher price, give me each set profit $20-40 already
good enough, still want to earn $150-200.

If you keen to get then let me know, but no promise whether i will be able to get it, depend on stock level.

Want 1 too!

Is there any hope that other manufacturers will make the nexus 4? or is it exclusive to LG?

I'm kinda skeptical about LG.

At this point you're pretty much stuck to LG.....the rumor of multiple manufacturers is just a hoax. :(

Just saw on another thread that there's this guy bringing in the Nexus 4, 7, 10...

16GB for $699. WAH LAO. Let's approximate.

16GB Nexus 4: USD 349 = SGD 440 (approx)
Domestic shipping: USD 14 = SGD 17.50
ComGateway shipping using Amex card: SGD 30
7% GST = SGD 34

Total around SGD 520? That's 170 bucks extra. I don't mind letting people earn from bringing it in, but wahlao that mark up is a lot man.

For me I'm gonna buy from Australia and get my cousin to carry it back. I will use the extra money saved to treat my cousin to a good meal. HAH.

Willing buyer willing seller. Such is life. :D It's not as if he's trying to scam anyone.

It is interesting to see how some people are willing to fork out more for less trouble, just think of the guy offering a service - no upfront payment, COD. Guess there's no free lunch after all. :D

Not really.. The hoax was the "nexus participation programme", but multiple manufacturers still holds true. They didn't say it was all nexus phones. You have LG Nexus 4, Asus Nexus 7, Samsung Nexus 10.

just gorgeous, but it cracks so easily that's very worrying.

i'm also very tempted to sell my S3 and get this phone.

looks like LG will not sell this at a lower price point than it's own flagship optimus G

http://thenextweb.com/google/2012/1...utm_campaign=social media&utm_medium=Spreadus

so no chance we are goint to get this from LG singapore, or maybe wait half year later.

the guy is taking the risk too, if his stocks cannot sell, he going to make losses.

LG replied to a Facebook post saying nexus 4 will be announced by telcos at a later date.

Yeah, true that. But he's bringing in products that should be quite popular in the short term, so less risk.

349 Euros for europe, 349 US for those in US.

Rumors have it that LG is not intending to sell the phone at Google Play prices in Europe, quoted 599 Euros for the Nexus 4 16GB (easily double the price of that in the US).

Lol joke.

Do take note that you're comparing an export set with a local set.

It is unlikely LG will offer local warranty for an export set unlike Asus since Asus has international warranty.

I'm estimating a 700-800 RRP for Nexus 4 on launch.

comparing apple to apple. nexus 4 is cheaper. if we don't compare in terms of sg but take US as benchmark then it is still way cheaper though this phone is definitely for Android purists. note II cos around the same in US as SG without if you can find on that's unlocked. so it goes without say its price point is extremely attractive :)
