Hi Igene,

I did a thorough check on the apps I downloaded, and realized some apps having background sync enabled (like every hour, every 6 hrs etc).

Will monitor the battery mileage over the next few days to see if there is any improvement.

Brightness level is always zero, wifi turned off, location turn off. it just drains very quickly.

Most of the time I had to use a second phone to do fb, twitter, take pic instead of the N4 for fear it will run out of juice when I am outside. =X

Anyhow, I believe some users may not face same problem as me.

Yeah, battery life less than desirable as of now despite enabling sync for my apps once a day.. Anyway I have not run in the battery yet. Hope it will get better. Nonetheless it's enough to last a day (barely).

if you're still having problems, give airdroid a try.
a friend was having problem getting his desktop to detect his SII.
i got him to try airdroid and it worked for him. slow because transferring through wifi, but got the job done.

Yeah tnx! I already tried airdroid and it works flawlessly but slow. I was thinking if there is another way because wifi may not be available always. Tnx!

Nope. mine is 2-3weeks.

anyway its still too early however I read from android central forum that some of those who ordered on the 27th already received shipping notice. mine is set for 2-3 weeks but I hope it wont take that long
