i'm also on SH and experiencing the same data drops too.

But yesterday changed my APN from SH Internet to shwap.
not sure if its a placebo effect, but noticed some improvements.

try it out and share if you experience improvements too.

Hi Guys, nexus 4 is back in US, however even if i'm already using VPN. Still it doesn't allow me to go in.

Just placed an order for an 8GB one. Estimated shipping is 13th February but rumours are that Google is under-promising and over delivering.
