I think it would be better if they stop with the numbers and start with some new names for the phone and tablet lines. Take a page from Apple's books.

Errm ...... follow Apple's example :s11:

None of their "i" series product have changed names since their introduction :s13: =:p

any iphone5 owners beside me here feel that after owning Nexus4 android jelly bean 4.2.2, seems that android has indeed caught up with iOS if not already better?

a few things i like about Nexus4/android which i feel Apple iPhone is losing out...
1. better apps integration, ie. sharing of links, pictures, etc. among apps - eg. cant share stuffs to other installed apps directly, ie. WhatsApp.
2. better proportioning of screen size - bigger more shiok to see. iPhone screen smaller nevermind but certain apps are still runs at iPhone4 size really stupid and makes me wonder the purpose of elongated size...
3. speed wise - i did not find any lagging like i used to on gingerbread and ics. probably because of project butter on jelly bean. really great improvement i would say. but feel now with the ability to control/watch over memory, i always got the feeling that android uses more memory.
4. build-in/3rd party installable Swiping keyboard - i find this a really cool & original feature. comes built-in with jelly bean.

im sure you guys have other nice things about nexus4 or latest jelly bean, do share.

also one negative thing ive heard is android's security vulnerability issue. seems to me that not very safe to do ibanking on android?

overall, i think nexus4/android is a great phone besides battery cannot last as long as my iPhone5, probably compensate for bigger screen. it also has no LTE - not that it really matters to me for the price i paid.

why ur battery cannot last? mine unrooted 4.2.2 can run and run the whole day. even have to purposely drain it at nite before charging.

I came from 4S. Feature wise and ease of use, apple is way behind. I dont understand why people say iphones are simple and easy to use. I dont root my android phones. I use them stock. Once I use my wife's 4S and I was like... What the fπ¢k! So many steps to do before I could do anything!!!

98 for wireless charging plate, 128 for stand (basically a tilted plate with a base that has NFC, so it's SOMEWHAT like a dock), IIRC.

HWZ has many people selling it at a much cheaper price tho.

Yes that is the point.

Stop with the numbers. Just stick to a specific name for one range of products.

Hi, just got my hands on a Nexus 4 and I'm quite pleased with the performance. However, the battery seems to drain pretty fast (1 minute=1%) and the phone heats up substantially when I'm using Chrome. I don't know if this is considered normal so I was hoping if some of the folks here can share their experiences. Thanks.

Ok, my findings for baseband .27, would say the improvements to the signal are better after one day use but... battery life is a killer and my N4 is hot like hell. FYI im on stock rom... Try for another day and see what happens.

I think it's pretty normal for phones which is using the same SnapDragon S4 processor. Had the Padfone briefly and battery life was weak too. Currently using the N4. Miss the battery life of my Note II but prefer stock Android.

For the heat issue and battery drain I understand, but the main thing is after i flashed the older baseband it got worse. That's what I'm trying to put across and share with everyone
