That's true too.. I hope there's a demo set though.. Ppl have been raving on about how smooth Nexus 4 is compared to even a Nexus 7. Haven't got a chance to try out personally.

First day I got my N4 we compare it with a Galaxy Nexus. Google Now launch about 3 times faster on N4 compared to Galaxy Nexus.

Quad core really got use one

But Nexus 7 also quad core and still there are people who are saying Nexus 4 runs smoother than Nexus 7. Just curious on how smooth a Nexus 4 can be. :p

Try navigating around when the Play store is installing or updating stuff. Lags on N7, much lesser on N4.

There's an app called popup widget, which I use to consolidate everything into 1 screen. Combine that with a 3rd party launcher and swipe actions on folders/app icons and it's really minimal, and also not losing the main widget attraction of Android.

By right phones or anything with a 4.3" or larger screen cannot be bought into camps, but by left...:look:

I came from both WP7.5 & WP8, battery life definitely better than both if you know what you're doing. I rooted it and installed custom kernels, I can get through a 10 hour school day with 74% battery left. And yes, I use my phone in class.

I don't know about stock battery life but the biggest battery drain (for me) is games. After going on to WP for about 5 months, the variety & number of games on Android is sure to kill your time like nobody's business.

Can use launchers like Apex and Nova. They allow you to put the icons in folders at the bottom of the screen. Like that can reserve the whole home screen for widgets

yup, now using nova prime with my galaxy nexus.

Blame my nexus⁴ for being such a sexy phone! Absolutely cannot get my hands off it :p

No la, I just use it to surf some web and play games during lessons, when changing teachers. Then if lesson is boring I will just end up playing with my phone.

ahyo this is a Nexus 4 thread, not don't-use-your-phone-in-class thread :o

Yeah, they're definitely doing a good job of keeping it under wraps. Unlike iOS 6, where almost everything was revealed before the event, and BB also. Excited too! :D

You can be pretty sure we won't discuss piracy related stuff here openly. :(

If it's non-piracy related rooted stuff, XDA is where it's at.
