i press reboot and install. then the phone came back up as 4.2.2

is it because i root?

is your boot unlock? when u reboot is there a boot unlock notice?

rebooted no use...

so i went into google account and see my nexus 4 is not registered device... sign out and sign in again oso not registering...

so wat i do is i factory reset it, it register in google account and 4.3 is updating!

so for those who cannot get the update and you are pure stock, check your google account dashboard, see if ur device is register or not.

You can always rma the phone. It cost only 36 dollars and less than 2 weeks for a new phone to return to youm

Cause you need to declare the amount before ship to singapore?

How much you declare for the replacement set?

If declare too low, CGW will hold your set.

Nothing to do with boot loader, he must have modified some system files or the OTA fugged up.

download permission manager to control apps access restriction.. just like or better then iOS

You can't. The app developer has to push out a new version to "fix" it.

It's Google's way of letting the user know if there's something trying to run and hide in the background.

do you guys find the chrome drain the battery very fast after the update? it always make my phone more warm but after i close it, it back to normal. have no problem with other apps.

4.3 have not alot of visual enhancement (or i must say totally no change), it more of fine tuning of the system. so far it work abit more fast (i feel) compare to 4.2.2

rockplayer also, have to wait for developers to update their apps to suit 4.3 first. Using A8 temporary.

Doesn't work for the apps I use, or at least for any appreciable length of time. Especially those that update the notification based on situations - those appear back on screen after a change regardless of the steps u listed. If every reboot I also happy, but sadly, it's not to be.

Now the dialer has smart dialing. Have to enable it under the dialer settings.

Not sure if it's my own imagination, but after upgrading to 4.3, my power button which was quite unresponsive previously is now ok! Maybe don't have to be too kancheong to change phone now...jin happy
