For me, Suckhub in my home area is better. I still get Edge connection in lift, when in past it was totally cut off.

You need to go into apps and force stop & clear data for the following:

Download Manager
Google Service Framework
Google Playstore

After you're done sign out from your google account, proceed to reboot your phone and re login your google account.

under settings go under accounts and logout from your google account and re login after you reboot your phone

Maybe the available custom recovery doesnt work with the new 4.3 ?

I havent try though, so i cant comment.
