Hello ....

Thank you for contacting Google Play support regarding your Nexus 4 device. With that being said, normally if a replacement is needed you would order the replacement, wait for the replacement and then send back the defective device. Yet in case is different. I recommend you send the device to your friend in the US and then have your friend order the device for you per our previous discussion.

When my nexus 4 3g signal is high its browsing speed is very slow. The browsing speed is decent when it is low signal. does anybody have this problem?
