I used OCBC Frank debit too (VISA) and still pending till 15/11, yours shipping date is 15/11?

Yeap, same shipping date. Ordered again but changed the billing address to my home address but put in Japan as the country, hope it goes through. Using the Mastercard version.

hi bros, to date I have used SCB and Citibank credit card for purchase over JP Playstore via tenso. both instances purchase was cancelled by playstore.

my current (and final attempt) is UOB... 1 day passed..have not shipped out.. my guess is history repeats... haiz...

Try putting your home address but put the country as Japan. That's what I'm doing. Play store account as long as created and accessed through VPN should not be an issue.
