No idea. Sorry. I played safe and ordered from AU. It's only a little more expensive.

I did the maths as follows

16GB Version
AU$399 + 19.95 (local shipping) = SGD$493.55
US$349 + 13.99 (estimated ground shipping based on my Nexus 4 purchase) = SGD$450.18

So I'm paying an additional SGD43 dollars for confirmed LTE. It might be more prudent to go this route if you have friends in Australia to send it to you.

What do you use for an Australian courier service? I managed to get through the Aus Play Store through a VPN but can't figure how to get a Comgateway-like service for Aus.

2) Use an australian VPN server (I used pureVPN ,but I signed up a year's subscription with them a few months ago for other reasons) There may be free ones out there

3)Create a new Gmail account while connected to the australia VPN server.

You should access the Australia playstore automatically when logged on with the new account and VPN.
