Yeap. I ordered 5 mins of the launch. Until now status still set as pre-ordered and pending.

I couldn't wait so I actually called their support line

Apparently my account is under review (for some unspecified reason), so my order still pending. They say review can take up to 48 hours, so hopefully by tonight I can confirm whether I can get it or not.

If not... I'm going to camp at this link

mine also same... simple reason is coz our bank go decline the transaction then only called me this afternoon when i order last evening... after i confirm with bank verbally to allow the transaction then google send me email says payment decline, ask me to verify card details, after i did the verification then bank send me sms informing about the transaction...

till now my transaction shows pending but with 2 status update...

My one also pending... Called cc company they say there has not been any transaction made..

Same here. Already called to CC company, so far no issue from their side.

Exactly like what I am facing right now. But I didn't cancel my US order. So that one was shipped since yesterday. JP one still stuck at Pending. Even tried creating new account with different card, also still the same. No confirmation email at all.

mine is DBS... they took 1 day to call me to verify on the transaction... after i gave verbal confirmation to authorise the transaction, then google send me email to inform about card decline then ask me to verify on card details...

so i guess should be the bank side that is causing the delay...
