It will be that late. I ordered on 31 Oct, only today morning I got the information that it was shipped. If you're concerned you can call your bank and ask about pending transactions on your card.

If your card gg, they will alert you pretty fast. When I ordered yesterday morning with my DBS card, within half and hour, my order got cancelled and Google emailed me saying they cannot retrieve some details from my card *shrug*. I changed to another card, then ok liao. Shipped today.

I can confirm that only black 32gb has extended shipping dates, and even then not 3 to 5 weeks, but only 1 week.
