Not sure about physical store. But Google play store is your best bet.

Ya. That's why my bro (I used his australia address to ship my nexus 5) will try to find a colleague who's coming to SG next week. He says shipping is expensive there.

I will only be charged when the item is processed right? So if I delete my card info from Google Wallet now... this order won't go through?

Thats highly possible. I heard of cases where people changed their card details (while in pending)and their order ended up getting rejected. Why not just cancel your order if you don't want it to go through instead?

WTH! I just looked at my tracking info for my Nexus 5 (ordered from Australia Playstore). It's being shipped from Kwai Chung, HongKong to Australia. ETA on Monday.
Yet HK is not selling nexus 5 yet. Oh boy, if i was in HK right now, i'd be furious.

What I did was to change my card billing address in Google Wallet, but it didn't reflect on the pending transaction for the N5.

I guess I'll just wait and see. I can't cancel... there's no cancel button anywhere.

yup, you are suppose to fill both as tenso address. Filling anything with a Singapore address might cause ur purchase to be cancelled.
