use usb chargers that doesn't make your phone operate weirdly. it will become like this after a while.

tested proven with two nexus 4, rma-ed.

This is actually a very good point.. For those getting Japanese sets, you might want to be careful about using the supplied charger in SG power context. Even though usb charger are normally universal (100-240v), japanese electrical equipment are notoriously finicky.
