I ordered on the 8 Nov.

I put the cc billing address as same as tenso's address, which is the shipping address. Is that correct?

Yep, that worked for me. Never had luck with DBS cards though.

It might also be a case that Google is blocking sales to forwarders, as some are speculating.

But cant play till I get home later ...it's official man, Tenso is super fast. N5 arrived at Tenso 7/11, delivered to my doorstep 11/11

Gosh. Had my second attempt to order canceled by Google. What is wrong sia?

I put my shipping address and billing address the same as tenso's address. Is that why they cannot verify with the bank since the address is not my cc's actual billing address?

Anyone bought successfully using Tenso forwarder can advise me?

erm, is it complicated to forward it to SG from Tenso? seems like have to choose a forwarder from vpost/speedpost/etc? what did u choose?

I believe that's the case...after the influx of order into JPN store and all going to the same shipping/billing address, perhaps it has triggered Google

Only thing you have to do is set up a Tenso account, which involves sending them verification of your address. Once thats done they take over when the package arrives after you've made payment

Yeah, we can only guess. Unless we see a pattern all recent orders to vpost/tenso are cancelled.

I think I will try again. After reading some of the past posts, I will change the billing address to my singapore address, but country will be Japan. Postal code of my SG address will be entered into the address text field. While the postal code field i will leave it with Tenso's postal code.

Seen some one posted this as a work around.

Keep my fingers crossed this time. Hopefully it works.

Same here. Order on 9 nov also but earlier at 5.30pm. Hope nothing happens. *fingers crossed* I use Vpost

just a question, did you enter the mobile number as tenso's, or your own?
