Just some information for those who want to understand the shipping process from Google to Tenso, and 2nd picture indicate the timeline. Both are based on my order

Added on to this. Tenso sent me and email at 3.30pm Today (11/11/2013) saying my package has arrived.

But the Japan set is 44,600 yen.. that works out to 480AUD.. the Australian Nexus 5 is 399AUD. Unless the shipping is more than 81AUD, it doesn't seems like you'll save buying the Japan set right?

Shipping from AUS to SG cost at least 40 AUD. While from Japan to SG cost SGD 20. Shipping to an AUS address cost another 20 AUD. And there is no AUS forwarder, unless you got a friend living there. Even so, it will be a LONG wait.

EDIT : Why are people asking the same questions over and over again? It is posted somewhere in this thread before.

You will have to be patient. I called them twice and waited for at least 20 minutes to be able to talk to someone. I have spent more than an hour in total trying to reach them.

Normal. imho, don't try to cheat. My friend kenna before then fine until gao gao.

mine also just arrived at tenso. quickly paid the shipping fees. the next shipping is supposed to be on Wednesday before 6pm...

don't think it'll arrive by Friday, right? :\ and what courier are they using? DHL?
