Just received an email from google play, saying my order has been shipped out by 13 Nov. using Vpost...

mine also just arrived at tenso. quickly paid the shipping fees. the next shipping is supposed to be on Wednesday before 6pm...

don't think it'll arrive by Friday, right? :\ and what courier are they using? DHL?

Got chance it will arrive by friday. The use Speedpost EMS, which takes 2-3 days to deliver.

But the Japan set is 44,600 yen.. that works out to 480AUD.. the Australian Nexus 5 is 399AUD. Unless the shipping is more than 81AUD, it doesn't seems like you'll save buying the Japan set right?

How come you compared prices of jp 32gb vs Aussie 16gb? Aussie 32gb is 449. And repeated alot of time, no reliable forwarder, shipping to sg more expensive and longer waiting time.

You will have to be patient. I called them twice and waited for at least 20 minutes to be able to talk to someone. I have spent more than an hour in total trying to reach them.

finally managed to talk to someone after 15mins of wait but the line was forwarded and have to wait for a call back from their ops team, was promised a call back within 1 hour. 3 hours already still no call...

just incase anybody interested. my nexus 5 timeline is roughly as stated below.

2Nov about 9pm = ordered from Jp store. ( 200yen deduct for verification)
5Nov 12pm = recieved google mail stating that item have been shipped.
7Nov. 12pm = Item reach tenso. ( did payment instantly.)
8Nov 10pm = item shipped and tracking number received.
10 nov 9pm = item reached sg ( at processing center)
11nov 12pm = item reached my place!

as for those still pending. wait till closer to your shipping date and the shipped email will send to u. unless Google cancel the order.

Lol i didnt even realised he was comparing 16gb with 32gb. Anyway, 32Gb will cost 449 + 20 = 469.

So means that from 2-5nov the status was pending?
