I read from forum those who ordered in the past few days with 3-4 weeks delivery, their sets have reached aussie and will reach designation within this week. Hope that's the case for us.

I cancelled my order on 11 November night since it was stuck in "Status: pending" for so long and I opt for black color this time. It was mark as shipped last evening around 6pm.

These are the steps I took to order the Nexus 5:

1. Connect Japan server using SoftEther VPN
2. Create a Google account with Gmail (Add jshoppers tel. no for verification)
3. Google will ask you to verify your account now. This time change the phone number to your Singapore phone number.
4. Add your debit card with Jshoppers's address and tel. no into Google account via wallet.google.com
5. Proceed to Play Store and order your Nexus 5
6. Proceed to your Gmail and forward all email to your current email account so that you won't leave traces of Singapore IP address when you want to check for Play Store email.
7. Disconnect from SoftEther VPN.

I was using aussie vpn and just googled "nexus 5 australia sold out" and click the top 2 links

Anyway i've cancelled my order... Think wont make it by dec 7...

Screen needs to be off before it shows. Try testing with lightflow.

It was my bad, pulse notification needs to be turned on under Settings->Display->Pulse notification light first.

With today's micro USB standards, almost all chargers with micro USB output is applicable to charge phones with micro USB port. I would assume that you can use that Apple charger.

Anyway, if I am not mistaken, the wattage of the charger only implies the maximum power it can supply per unit time. How much power the phone draws depends on the internal circuitry of the battery which limits the charging rate to prevent damage.
