How did you guys lay your hands on this beautiful phone?

we made a deal with the devil. 5 years of our lives for a nexus 5.

k lah, buy from the other playstores like Japan, Australia, UK, HK etc. get a VPN, a new google account and place your order using a local address to the play store you're using. Most here got theirs from Japan as the US version does not have working LTE in singapore. Japan is not the cheapest but when combined with shipping from tenso, vpost or jshopper, it's cheaper than australia's as australia mail forwarding services are much more expensive. Goodluck!

Or to save the hassle and waiting, buy it from the few guys that have ready imported stocks for slightly more .... Loving my black 32gb so far. Not sure which case to use so still using it naked for now.

I got a friend of mine to buy the Nexus 5 for me in Aus.

But I'm on Starhub 3G plan and somehow can't get data to work, anyone having the same issue?

if u have tracking number then its shipped. whats the worry?

I am not worried, my 2 purchases have been successful. I am just telling the other guy, charged on card is confirmed safe cause he had not received tracking no but only a shipped by date. There are some cases with shipped by dates, no charges on card but in the end orders still cancelled.

Vpost is damn slow? I pay shipping fee, gst on thur midnight, fri no update then 2 more days weekend also, kns need wait mon to ship out? Wasted 3 days. If CGW sure fri ship out liao
