anyone checked their CPU binning via terminal?
dmesg | grep PVS
there's a thread on-going at xda comparing the CPU binning and how much you can undervolt based on that. Apparently, the higher the PVS level the more you can undervolt.CPU Binning on the Nexus 5 - xda-developers

I got a PVS 2, and I could undervolt -75 across and 650 for 300mhz.
it really helped with the battery life

same, i also got a PVS 2 and undervolt with the same settings as yours.
I haven tried a day without the undervolt, so i can't compare the difference.

2 also, but random reboot when -75mv.
all when listening music on poweramp....so i think...maybe poweramp will cause reboot when UV too low...

No update from vpost till 24th. Paid for shipping+insurance+GST ($80) on 24th.
No update since.. this is very slow

I ran antutu stability test and did not have any reboots. Random reboots at 600mv

I saw that LG is manufacturing new batch of Nexus 5 to fix the volume and buttons issues.


So if I order from Google Japan now...

1. Will I get the new or old batch?

2. When would the new batch be released?

3. Are they gonna be clearing the old batch till finish 1st then release the new batch?

I find your questions quite legit yet you think we are gods.

1 links to 3, of course they'll clear the old batch first then sell the new goods right? But since people are already receiving the new one, doesn't that mean you might receive a new one as well.

Best you PM people who JUST received their N5's and ask if they've the new goods or what.

The power button seems very hard to press compared to the volume button. The feeling is different. Do you guys have the same problem?
