Nexus 5 ram usage is quite high..

V4.4 with some app running in the background is around 70%+ v5 same amount of app 85%+

Also anyone felt their nexus 5 sound softer after upgrading to lollipop?

mustafa you buy, they will tell you no warranty straight. but within 24 hours can go back 1 for 1 exchange. i think better to hold the thing and try on the spot then to order online with the risk of DOA. but thats my personal opinion. mustafa sets are D821 which is ok for local 4g use.

yeah relatively softer, had to manually increase the speaker gain.

Bad news.
After doing the OTA update, my N5 was almost unusable.
Almost every app such as hangouts, whatsapp and playstore was crashing.
I had to flash back to 4.4.4

to do updated to lollipop...do we have this same issue when phone calls as me?

when somebody call my phone now, instead of vibrating throughout, it only vibrate once for the first, like 0.5 seconds, then it stops vibrating....all the while when the ringtone is still ringing.....

Is this just me having this issue?

after installing ota, battery life feels shorter, and i cant seem to charge now if the PC is off... i use to be able to do that

1. General lag - apps sometimes take upwards of 10s to launch.
2. Google maps auto-closes while in navigation mode when in the background.
3. Google maps GPS location in navigation mode does not update. In maps mode it works.
4. Facebook notifications do not disappear from the Android notifications menu when the new post is launched from Facebook notifications rather than from the Android notifications menu.

Anyone experience this?

I flash back to KK when i had lags during opening apps, that was before the encryption thing was announced, I thought it was those app incompatible with L, thats why flash to KK. But till now, I still don't have any reason to update to L except for its better battery life. Everything on KK can be done better than and as beautiful as L anyway.

to be honest, i did a clean flash and nv had such program.. mayb i dun use the phone for other apps as intensive but my fb notification and map certainly does not have such issue as i use it daily.

Are you on 3g plan?? If yes you must set to 3g only. If not when it try to connect to 4g your 3g will break connection.

Frankly speaking, i had bad battery life after i flash lollipop, but after a few charging cycle it get so much better, now maybe even better than kk.

Those with problem pls reformat your cache, let it rebuilt the ART partition

In the fb app, there's a notification tab. When you click on that, it brings you to a list of notifications. Click on the individual notifications and it will bring you to the status update/comment/like/etc.

The same goes for Android's notification bar. You can get notifications for status updates/comments/likes/etc.

Previously, when I read the post on the facebook app's notification, the notification is also cleared from Android's notification bar, because, doh, I've already read it.

Now on L, this does not happen - the notification still persists on the notification bar and I have to clear it manually.
